Medication Management

We educate patients, monitor side-effects, and ensure compliance to prevent adverse drug events.

We evaluate the patient’s symptoms, medical history, and response to medications, making necessary adjustments to dosages or prescriptions based on the patient’s progress.

Support Therapy

This therapy involves creating a safe and confidential environment where you can openly discuss your thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, we offer guidance, active listening, and practical coping strategies to help patients navigate difficult situations, improve emotional resilience, and enhance their overall well-being.

What Is Bipolar Disorder?

Bipolar Disorder is a mental health condition characterized by extreme mood swings that include emotional highs (mania or hypomania) and lows (depression). These shifts can affect sleep, energy, behavior, judgment, and the ability to function in daily life.

  • Bipolar II Disorder: Includes patterns of hypomania and severe depression, but not full manic episodes

  • Cyclothymic Disorder: Periods of hypomanic and depressive symptoms lasting for at least 2 years (1 year in children and teens)

  • Other Types: Related to medical or substance-induced conditions

There was a period in my life where I was all about sucidal thoughts. I had no family no friends, practically no one to talk to. So I saw her flyer and decided to call her. Ever since I attended her sessions, my life took a new turn.
